NAPHTALI MOSE MAKORA

With deep sadness and gratitude for a life well lived, the family of Naphtali Mose Makora announces his passing on Sunday, September 13, 2026, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, aged 73. Dad Naphtali Mose was a beloved husband, father, father-in-law, Korera, grandfather, and relative. He was the loving father of Enock Mose, Martin Mose, and Rheemo Mose all of Texas, and Survival Mandieka of Minnesota, and father-in-law to Steve Mandieka of Minnesota. A teacher, author, preacher, and friend, his kindness, wisdom, Christian faith, and love touched many lives. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, former students, church family, and community. Family and friends are invited to a community-led memorial service on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Southview Church in Eagan, Minnesota. His funeral and burial service will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota, followed by a reception at the Lakewood Cemetery Reception Hall.
